MILO has been actively involved in the development of youth soccer in Kenya through its association with MILO Ligi Ndogo.
MILO Ligi Ndogo is a community based soccer programme designed to enhance soccer talent of children between the ages of 7 to 12. Its mission is to encourage children to excel in sports as well as in academia.
The program runs for 36 weeks in a year with 4 week breaks in-between. It currently has two centres in Nairobi and is currently looking at opening another in Arusha, Tanzania.
Nestlé Foods Kenya through its leading beverage is currently sponsoring the league at a tune of Kshs.2 million per year.
