Every year, Nestle Zimbabwe is overwhelmed with requests for various forms of sponsorships from members of the local community including churches, schools, colleges, associations and welfare organizations. The merits of each request are validated and where necessary recommendations are put forward to the Nestle Management for consideration

Harare Shelter for Destitutes
This project has been running for over 5 years and has so far benefited over 20 students. Currently, there are 5-orphaned students on the program and Nestle pays for school levies tuition and uniforms. The students who range from form 1 to form 4 are kept in their natural environment. The total annual cost is about ZD 15 million.
