Dairy Good Practices

Nestlé elaborated the first Guidelines for Dairy Good Practices of the Chilean industry, which constitutes a major effort to systemize an important part of the permanent technical assistance given by Nestlé Chile to local dairy farmers in the south of Chile. It aims to assure milk quality and make milk markets more sustainable in order to fulfill national and international consumer expectations as well as Chilean regulations and export markets. This publication was delivered to the Chilean Minister of Agriculture and dairy farmers.
