Computers for Education

Nestlé de Colombia has donated Computers to “Computadores para Educar”, a nationally recognized initiative founded in 1999 by the Colombian Government and local businesses. 'Supporting Computers for schools' helps students gain greater access to computer technology in a learning environment so they can acquire the computer skills to succeed in a technology driven economy and society. In 2004, the program donated 35.895 computers and 3.774 printers to 3.837 rural school in 865 townships.
