Nestle is one of the Corporate Friends of the Republic Bank Art Collection.
Nestle gives an annual fee to preserve the Colombian cultural heritage maintained by the Bank, which includes: The Botero's Museum, art collection and the Gold Museum.
Botero is Colombia's most renowned painter. He gave his own personal collection of art to the city of Bogotá in 2004, and the Botero Museum is the result of that bequest. The Gold Museum is the most important of its kind in the world, containing more than 33,000 gold objects. The artifacts on display reflect the genius and artistry of the re-Colombian societies that created them many centuries ago.
