Nestlé has been giving support and product donations to a children's nutrition program in El Cercado, a very poor community in the province of San Juan de la Maguana Province, located in the South of the country. This program is led by a Canadian volunteer, Cora Hunse, who coordinates the nutritional orientation of the families with the support of official and private institutions.
