Nutrir decisively contributes with foundations that have shown a serious and committed work for children's health and psycho emotional recovery of children in vulnerable situation.

- Operacion Sonrisa Ecuador Foundatión
Nutrir supported the "Operación Sonrisa" Foundation in Ambato Mission 2008. Thanks to this help, 98 patients were assisted in evalutations, 65 patients were operated and 125 surgical procedures.
The foundation has the goal of remedying oral fissures, tumors, burn scars and giving similar treatments for children, youth and adults with limited economical resources; giving them back their dignity and trying to improve their life style. All medical and psychological services are carried out for free.

- Cecilia Rivadeneira Foundation

Cecilia Rivadeneira Foundation is a nonprofit organization dedicated to support and help children with cancer from 2 to 18 years old, and those who are in the terminal phase.
Its mission is to improve and strengthen the emotional health of children and their families through a program of psychosocial help with dynamic-pedagogical activities and laugh therapy, also encouraging the liable participation and social responsibility of the community.
Nutrir supports seven programs assisting the psychosocial area carrying out specific activities that take part in the journeys of each one of the volunteers, programs such as :
