In accordance with the global project of holding a contest to develop young chefs, we started this contest. 

The objectives of this contest can be summarized as follows:
1)To contribute to the promotion of Western Cuisine in Japan.
2)To maintain a good relationship with the Japan Cooks Association which has a strong influence on chefs.
3)To provide young chefs the opportunity to use Nestle's NP products.

This contest started in 1989.
