Nestle Nutrition Council, Japan (NNCJ) was founded in order to promote to the progress of nutritional sciences, sponsored by Nestle, the world's biggest food company.

NNCJ will support academic activities in the field of nutritional sciences including the sensory reception of taste and flavor, through research grants and holding lecture meetings.

NNCJ wishes to contribute to the development of nutritional science in the new age, and ultimately to the wellness of Japanese consumers.
