The Company responds to distress calls from the government and NGOs for assistance to victims of flood, earthquake and other natural disasters. In 2001 and 2002 donations of Rs. 1.5 million and 3.5 million respectively of milk powder and adult nutrition products were made to Afghan refugees. In 2003 the Company donated milk powder to earthquake victims in the northern mountainous region of Pakistan and in 2004 & 2005 it donated milk worth Rs. 2.5 million to flood victims of Sindh and Baluchistan.

The employees and the Company jointly contributed Rs. 4.6 million for the rehabilitation of Tsunami victims of Sri Lanka through Nestle Sri Lanka.
