Nestle supports dairy development through dairy cooperatives by providing equipment for milk collection centers, quality control equipment, and interest-free loans to cooperative to allow them to start their development.
In addition, Nestle also provides these cooperatives with the technical advice, animal husbandry services, disease prevention methods, and farm management training. To date there are nine cooperative centers located at Nakhon Ratchasima, Nong Bua Lam Phu, Cholburi, Saraburi, Rachaburi and Kanchanaburi.
The dairy farmer acquires know-how which allows for more efficient production of better quality milk, resulting in increased earnings for the farmer.
