Nestlé Group Thailand has also been participating in charitable fairs for many years. Every year, the Thai Red Cross Society raises funds by organizing a charitable Fair in the first quarter, inviting Thai and international corporations and entrepreneurs to take part. The participation fee helps support the Thai Red Cross Society operations and activities during the year. The companies exhibit or sell their products during the nine days of the Fair, which is open in the afternoon and evening. In 2002, the Fair was spread over more than 170,000 square meters and attracted 400,000 visitors.
