The objectives of the Consumer Road Show in Thailand is to establish a face-to-face communication channel with consumers to provide nutrition information and receive their feedback and insight on Nestle products.

First, the need for suitable food and nutrition for health and well-being per life stage is communicated to allow the consumers to follow and see the importance of the nutrition for their children and themselves. Later, the suitable Nestle product knowledge for family members will be introduced to serve those needs.

The Consumer Road Show in Thailand has contacted 160,736 consumers during January – October 2004. We worked 22 days a month with consumer satisfaction at 99%.
