A comprehensive Work/Life balance Program that addresses individual health concerns including nutrition, exercise, sleep, fatigue, energy and stress. The primary objectives of the Program are to reduce absenteeism, improve staff productivity levels, staff morale and to assist in the retention of key personnel, which provides positive health and financial outcomes for the organization.
The success of this Program strongly relies on employee engagement / participation levels and is tailored to specific workplace health concerns.
The process includes a combination of workshops and interactive activities, health promotion material, online resources and links and competitions linked to health themes held throughout 2006.
