L'Eau à la Bouche (Make your mouth water) was first held at the Alimentarium, Nestlé's food museum in Vevey , in Switzerland in 2005. In 2007, it has been hosted in Bordeaux where it has been visited by more than 20'000 visitors. In 2008 scheduled Stop over are Vittel and Montpellier.
In line with the Group's strategy moving toward a Nutrition, Health and Wellness company, the exhibition "L'Eau à la Bouche" distinctly highlights the individual and personal relationship we each have with water.
Nestlé Waters France, the exhibition's main partner, has provided financial support as well as its know-how and knowledge. It has installed an interactive tool which explains the characteristics of different natural mineral waters, bottling, respecting the environment and protecting resources.
What kind of water do we drink? How does it affect us physically and mentally? What are the different tastes? What cultural role did it and does it continue to play? What is at stake as far as water is concerned? The exhibit hopes to provide the answers to these questions via five main sections : the taste, form, colour, power and value of water.
