This project is aimed to improve initial education in children from poor communities since birth to 5 years old.
It is inspired in PEEP – Peers Early Education Partnership - born in Oxford in 1995.
Its objective is to create learning and developing opportunities in children, trying to improve their educational levels especially in terms of literacy, numeracy and self-esteem. This program impacts 600 children and families since 2007.
Co-sponsors are, Fundação Aga Khan, Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian and Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa. It will end in 2009.
