Nestlé is the major corporate sponsor of IMAGES, a biannual festival organised under the auspices of the Foundation "Vevey, Ville d'Images". The fifth edition was held from 3 September to 26 September 2004 under the overall theme "Carry me away..."

During September 2004, exhibitions, projections, performances and musical events filled most of the theatres, cinemas and museums of Vevey.  Two major international prizes were awarded for the best films and the best photography and the festival featured some Swiss premières for films produced in 2004. Nestlé also sponsored three prizes in a competition targeted at students from Swiss art schools based on the theme "Carry me away...& Food".
