Exercise Your Choice
Developed by the Youth Sport Trust, in consultation with young people and a panel of sports experts and youth practitioners, this programme engages young people who do not normally participate in main stream sports, in activities such as dance and street sports. The programme has received the maximum award from ‘Sportsmatch’, the Government’s business sponsorship scheme. The scheme includes advice on nutrition for physical education.
