The MILO Marathon is an annual competition with elimination runs in key cities and a final championship run in Manila. The MILO Best is a basketball training for children. The MILO Little Olympics aims to discover and develop potential athletes in the elementary and high school levels. The MILO SBP Passerelle Basketball Tournament is the biggest annual inter-school tournament for grade and high-school players. Yearly, about 300 schools nationwide participate in the event.

In addition, MILO regularly holds its MILO Checkmate, an annual chess clinic for children, and the MILO Junior Tennis Cup and Workshop, an annual competition for the youth (18 years and below), with free clinics for beginners. MILO also organises summer sports activities in over a hundred sports clinics in Manila and other key cities nationwide. Likewise, it has continuously supported local and international sports tournaments to help develop athletes in the country.

To further promote Philippine sports, NESTEA sponsors the annual NESTEA Beach Volley University Championship held every summer since 1997, participated in by college students from various Philippine universities. The competition is nationwide, enlisting over 50 schools and 100 teams from different areas in the Philippines.
