This programme comprises of 3 types of school activities that were organised throughout the year in schools:
- Inter-house sports: a school event featuring sports competition among students
- Prize-giving day: an annual school activity featuring the recognition of students who have excelled in various school subjects and activities
- End of year parties: a school event celebrating the end of the session. This event usually coincides with the Yuletide season.
Among the sports activities, a number of them were executed in partnership with government sports authorities:
- Nestlé MILO Secondary School Basketball Competition
This is an annual event sponsored by MILO in partnership with the Nigerian School Sports Federation (NSSF). The programme is targeted at students aged 13-18. The 10th edition of the programme took place in 2008 where a total of 3,500 schools nationwide participated in the competition from the state preliminary stage to the national finals.

- Nestlé MILO Summer Clinic
The Summer programme is a community based programme that is executed in partnership with the Nigerian Basketball Federation (NBBF) targeting children aged 7-12. It teaches children the skills and rudiments of the basketball game.

This is an aerobics programme carried out with the consent of the school. It is aimed at educating students on the benefits of good nutrition, wellness and physical exercises. 55 schools were reached through the MILO Fun Day programme.
