Among our MILO Sports Activities are the following:

 

MILO® St. Catherine Youth Development and Cricket Coaching Clinic
This is a programme designed to introduce, instil and develop qualities such as (i) Developing a sense of self worth, (ii) Understanding the importance of partnership and teamwork, (iii) Introducing healthy eating and good nutritional habits, and (iv) Introducing correct practices and rules of the game of cricket.

 

 

MILO® Western Relays Coaching Clinic
This is a programme designed to introduce athletic techniques such as hurdles, baton passes, as well as the importance of healthy nutrition while training.

 

 

MILO® Western Champs and MILO® Central Champs

Both these regional athletic meetings aim to sponsor young athletes in secondary schools and to support them in taking part in national and international competitions.
